Full design and specification
Koncept Furnishing worked closely the developer on the complete refurbishment and extension of what was a 3-bed chalet bungalow to produce this 7-bed, 7-ensuite family home on the Wentworth Estate in Surrey
11 Luxury Apartments in Windsor
Koncept Furnishing were heavily involved in the design from concept and the full specification for the new build of 11 apartments in the heart of Windsor Town Centre. With an impressive central core staircase accessing all apartments, the scheme consists of 3 penthouses with private access to their private roof gardens, 4 two bedroomed apartments on the first floor, and 4 two bedroomed duplex apartments the lower ground floor, of which sat some 5m below ground level. We also constructed basement car parking at the lowest level bringing the basement dig to 10m. We completed the basement dig-out at the same time as the construction 3 levels above ground.
Private refurbishment
This wonderful space is located on the 3rd floor of a Georgian property. The space was designed to cater to the clients' needs and preferences. The man of the house wanted to showcase his sports memorabilia, while the lady of the house wanted an elegant feel. Both wanted a bar and karaoke to entertain their friends. The result is a unique and stylish space that perfectly reflects their personalities.
Full design refurbishment
Koncept Furnishing were employed to complete the full design layout and refurbishment of a penthouse apartment in London for a property management company.
Show Home, Bahamas
Full furniture fit out of an apartment in a new apartment building, this was a great project, opposite the cloisters. All furniture was sourced, and trade prices were negotiated in Miami to meet the client’s budget.
Show Home, Sunninghill
Full furniture fit out of a house built by a developer to sell. The property had been on the market for a while, but as soon as it was dressed the developer took a number of offers, sometimes people just need to see how they could use the space, creating a lifestyle is easier with furniture.
Show Home completed for a large developer
The apartment's unique shape and riverfront location posed a challenge, but we were able to create a stunning show home that reflects the natural beauty of its surroundings. The color was carefully chosen to complement the breathtaking views and create a serene atmosphere.
Private spa space
Koncept Furnishing were employed to produce a full specification, procure the materials, and labour as well as equipment and to oversee the build of this huge private spa space. This amazing area was purpose-built and was split over two levels. On the ground floor is the pool, which itself was 17m in length, this gives you an idea of the overall scale of this project. We included a jacuzzi, steam room sauna, bar area and viewing gallery to the squash court below which was accessed via the mirrored walled gym. This spa connected directly to the main house but also opened up onto an outside pool area.
Reconfigure layout, specification and Furniture Fit Out
Koncept Furnishing was employed by a developer to assist with the reconfiguration of the old print works in Ascot into a 3-bedroom townhouse, the property was configured over 4.5 floors, some of which were split level, the scheme also allowed for a 3 ensuite bath/shower rooms, an office, a guest WC and had its own double garage and private terrace, but was a tricky space as it was actually triangular.
